About BóPro

What is BóPro?

BóPro researches, develops, and manufactures premium, environmentally friendly products for the dairy industry, specifically teat-sprays, hoof-bath solutions, disinfectants, and detergents. Our products are biodegradable and are developed, prioritising animal’s health and welfare front and centre. We combine science and innovation with on-the-ground farming experience.

Where is BóPro located

We are based in Longford, Ireland, but we serve customers nationwide and internationally.

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add items to your cart, and proceed to check out. If you need assistance, contact our support team.

 Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or canceled by contacting our customer service on (043) 33 49911 or emailing help@bopro.ie as soon as possible.

Do you offer bulk purchasing or wholesale options?

Yes! For bulk or wholesale inquiries, please reach out to us at help@bopro.ie and we will arrange for one of our sales representatives to contact you.

Shipping & Delivery

Is delivery free?      

As our shipments are bulky, minimum spend to qualify for free delivery is €400

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not ship to individual international customers at the moment but we do export wholesale, please contact us on help@bopro.ie to be put in contact with our international business manager. 

 How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days depending on your location and current stock.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on website.

What happens if my order is delayed?

While we strive to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is late, please contact our support team for updates.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, call us on 043 33 49911. Item(s) must be in original packaging and unopened. You must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact us with your order details. Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the returned item

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience! Please send us a photo of the item along with your order number, and we’ll resolve the issue immediately.
