WHAT WE DO?
BóPro researches, develops, and manufactures premium, environmentally friendly products for the dairy industry, specifically teat-sprays, hoof-bath solutions, disinfectants, and detergents. Our products are biodegradable and are developed, prioritising animal’s health and welfare front and centre. We combine science and innovation with on-the-ground farming experience.
WHO IS BOPRO?
BoPro is an umbrella brand within the Lir Analytical portfolio, which is a research, development and manufacturing company based in Co. Longford. It was founded by Analytical Chemist & Farmer, Micheal Savage.
Since start up in 2014, Lir Analytical has completed extensive work in the Irish Dairy industry, working closely with farmers, co-ops, and scientists to provide solutions for reducing the spread of bacteria on farms. Over the past number of years, our team has been working on providing enhanced products for our customers across each industry.
Due to our increasing involvement with different industries, we decided to develop the “BóPro” brand, which is entirely focused on the Dairy Industry. The BóPro team is proactive in communicating and sharing experience with dairy farmers, to allow for more productive and efficient farms. Our focus is to reduce the spread of bacteria on farms and reduce the use of antibiotics in animals.
