Online orders
All online orders must contain a valid email address, which the customer service team can access. Once an order is placed with BoPro.ie, we will send an email confirmation detailing the items purchased, price paid, delivery charges & payment method used. Once an order has been processed, we will send a second email confirming your order has been dispatched.
Should there be an issue with processing your order, our customer service team will contact you via the email address and/or phone number provided. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be placed on hold until we can resolve the issue.
